Cold Raia

I been wanting to draw this picture for probably about a year now but finally got to it... this spring break I have dedicated to drawing (meaning this is first of many pieces ill be submitting) .... though said to say all of them will be bases (just becuz I seen so many cute bases and been wanting to use them!)
